We have four locations throughout the Santa Clarita Valley: The Old Road in Stevenson Ranch; and Smyth Drive; Constellation 398; and Constellation 900, all in Valencia. How much does it cost to rent a conference room or meeting room?
Pricing varies by room size and location. At The Old Road in Stevenson Ranch, board rooms and mid-size conference rooms start at $40–$50/hour, while the large training room is $100/hour or $600/day. At Constellation 398, the Training Room is $85/hour or $500/day. Smaller meeting rooms at Smyth Drive and Constellation 900 are available for tenants. Contact today!
What sizes of meeting rooms are available?
Room sizes range from intimate 3–4 person meeting rooms perfect for interviews or client calls, up to large training rooms accommodating 75 people in classroom-style seating. Mid-size board rooms and conference rooms typically seat 8–12 people, ideal for team meetings, depositions, or sales presentations.
What technology is available in the training rooms?
Training rooms include large projector screens or 56″ TVs with HDMI capability, whiteboards, and fast, secure WiFi throughout. This setup supports presentations, video conferencing, and interactive training sessions without needing to bring in outside equipment.
Can the training room layout be customized?
